Barclays’ Women’s Initiative Network helps us attract, retain and maximize the development of talented women. Joining FWA provides us opportunities to participate in external activities that promote gender diversity and the development of female talent.
From Credit Suisse’ perspective, the FWA’s events increase the number of opportunities available for the growth and development of the talented women in our Singapore business. We are pleased to be engaged with an organisation which is so strongly aligned with our ambitions around gender diversit.
Inclusion and diversity are strategic imperatives at State Street. As a global company, what we value most about our more than 30,000 employees are the qualities that make them unique - their experiences, interests and capabilities. Part of this uniqueness is captured in the Professional Women's Network (PWN). PWN engages State street women professionals effectively by working at the grassroots levels including Singapore. In doing so, PWN creates volunteer, career development and cultural opportunities that align with members' goals and interests. The FWA membership complements, leverages and widens these opportunities for PWN members.
Membership of FWA provides senior women leaders at American Express with opportunities to expand their network of associates in Singapore, access key industry best practices by attending events and enhance their personal development in the financial services industry.
The mission of BlackRock Women’s Initiative (WIN) is to contribute to the success of the firm by engaging and fostering the full potential of BlackRock women. Being part of FWA, will give us an opportunity to meet other women to widen our views, enlarge our network and share information on a wide range of topics from career progression to work-life balance. We will have the opportunity to participate in events organised by FWA – to participate, to collaborate and to build lasting relationships with like-minded women outside of Blackrock.
We believe FWA’s events are relevant and interesting for the personal development of our employees of ING. The events will also help to broaden views on diversity, provide good networking opportunities and lead to increased visibility of ING female leadership.
